What is tethered UAV？

Tethered UAV system is a multi-rotor UAV as a platform, through the special airborne power supply system, special customized tethered cable power supply, can achieve a long time hovering under a certain load (more than 72 hours) in the air of 100-300 meters.

Feature: hovering of fixed nodes and long idle time

with different loads, to achieve long-distance communication relay, communication coverage, video reconnaissance monitoring, meteorological monitoring and so on.  It widely used in the national power grid, oil mining, environmental monitoring, meteorological monitoring, forest fire prevention, water conservancy flood control, earthquake rescue and other emergency communication fields.
